Our Story:

We started this consulting company because we have struggled in opening our first e-commerce business about 5 years ago. At that time, we did not know any and had to do all of the research on our own from filing for a business license to marketing strategies. It was a difficult moment for us and we wished we had some guidance along the way that would mitigate some of the risks and reworks that we encountered.  Through trial-and-errors, we were finally able to succeed and established a business that provided a steady stream of income for us.

 

Along the way, we met some great people from the US and overseas that wanted to do what we did and partnered with us in opening and expanding their businesses. This paved the way for the our new business, Two Queens Consulting Partners. We are based in the California Bay Area and in a high demanding area where living cost is high, we have proven that working hard and working smart does pay off.
